Ways to work together

The build is a fixed price. The question is what happens next.

Three models. They differ in one thing: how much of the system stays with us after it goes live.

Build and leave

We build it, hand it over, and you run it.

For a business with someone technical inside it, or a system simple enough to sit still once it works. Also the right way to test us on one contained piece.

Fixed cost. No ongoing fee.

Priced per engagement

Build and manage

We build it, then keep it running.

For a business without in-house technical people, or a system that has to stay up: anything customer-facing, anything with integrations that break when a third party changes.

Fixed cost, then a monthly fee.

Priced per engagement

Build and retain

We build it, run it, and keep improving it with you.

For a business where the first system solved one constraint and there are others behind it. This is where we act as the technology function you have not hired.

Fixed cost, then a higher retainer.

Priced per engagement

In every model

You own it, and you can leave.

The same commercial terms apply whichever model you choose. You hold the code and the accounts it runs on, the ongoing arrangements are cancellable, and nothing about the way we work depends on you finding it hard to go elsewhere.

Not sure which one fits?

Describe the system you have in mind and how much of it you want to own day to day. We will tell you which of the three makes sense, and say so if it is the cheapest one.
