Situation

What was in the way

Most AI training explains features or supplies prompt templates. That leaves people able to operate a tool without knowing when to trust it, challenge it or change their approach.

A lesson: the concept and the exercise on one screen.

What we built

We turned a forty-concept curriculum into a working learning product. Learners predict an outcome, run real models, compare behaviour and practise the judgement the lesson is teaching. The product states clearly when an example is simulated.

A live exercise: predict, run, then compare against what you expected.
Result

Where it stands

Mentat is still in development and is not yet available. It is included here because it shows how we approach a build: the model is part of the lesson rather than a subject described from a distance, and the product states plainly when an example is simulated. Any imagery of it is a placeholder.

The comparison view: two models answering the same prompt.
